Chancerygate is the UK’s largest multi-unit industrial developer and asset manager, with up to 2.6 million sq ft of industrial space under construction or ready for development across the UK. Chancerygate also manages in excess of £220m of assets across more than 4.9 million sq ft of commercial space.

We were briefed to create a new visual style for Chancerygate’s property brochures, online marketing assets and on-site signage. The client’s aim was to create a cohesive, coherent look and feel for all items, presenting the content in a format which makes it eye-catching yet clear and easily digestible, while also reflecting the Chancerygate corporate branding.

Our creative team devised an effective, practical solution, comprising a modular suite of design elements, taking inspiration from the hexagon which appears at the centre of the Chancerygate logo graphic device. A robust colour palette and striking contemporary typography evoke the dynamic world of 21st century commerce and industry in which Chancerygate operates.

This visual style was then rolled out to a range of brochures for Chancerygate developments, as well as other assets, including site hoardings and boards, web microsites, e-shots and printed mailers.
