Developer targets new areas of opportunity
Chancerygate is a UK market leader in industrial and warehouse development. Since its formation in 1997, the company has successfully completed projects totalling 7 million square feet of industrial and commercial space.
Traditionally strong in certain areas of the country, Chancerygate was keen to find new markets and opportunities. So they asked us to come up with a campaign to catch the imagination of landowners with space to develop.
Our solution was a series of ads using iconic, attention-grabbing ‘sculptured’ images, set against the company’s distinctive corporate green. Plus we carried the creative through onto pull-up banners for promotional roadshows.
We also designed a new Chancerygate corporate brochure. Combining stylish minimalism with an ‘industrial’ feel, it has screw fixings to enable more portfolio pages to be added as necessary.
