New brand is the
key to success with Chancerygate
As one of the UK’s most active industrial property companies, with over £1billion in developments, Chancerygate needed a brand identity that would be as effective in the City as it was in the warehouse.
The key/C icon that we developed neatly served both markets, indicating security and ‘new openings’. It’s made real in the company’s new brochures where it adds a stunning new dimension to people and property photography.
We launched a series of much talked about press advertisements and a new website in conjunction with the new brand. www.chancerygate.com features a bespoke search facility, enabling users to find properties quickly via a map or an easy dropdown.
Currently, we’re working on the identity and promotional material for sister company Chancerygate Asset Management, CAM for short.
